HOA Fees are expected to be $400 per month - to include, landscaping, plowing, trash removal, common area and clubhouse maintainance.  


Expected completion of entire community Summer 2027.  Clubhouse will be completed with Phase 1 (June 2026).  


Clubhouse will feature common gathering space, office/conference area, kitchenette, fitness room including steamroom and sauna, outdoor patio with grilling area and fireplace.
